Caparaó is a mountain range located in between states of Espírito Santo and Minas Gerais on the east coast of Brazil. Its majestic mountains are covered by native forests, waterfalls, unique fauna and flora make the region of one of the most visited area by people who love hiking and climbing. Caparaó is an upcoming region in the coffee world made up from small family farms. The mild climate coupled with advance processing methods, produce highly sought after artisanal coffees prized around the world.

Our brazilian coffee is a medium roast that makes a super solid espresso. It’s an easy drinking coffee that is a joy to brew with predominantly chocolaty notes carried by a syrupy body, along with caramel-like sweetness and a lingering hint of berry acidity. We recommend it for both milk/black espresso, aeropress and cold brews!
