Shipping Information

At the moment, we only ship domestically (Singapore). For international orders, please contact hello@raisond-cw.com. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service via email or our through our enquiry form

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on raisond-cw.com and the location to which the item(s) will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a variety of shipping methods. Do note that due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we might change our production cycles, policies and protocols due to pandemic measures. Rest assured that we are doing our best to ensure you receive your orders on time.

For urgent delivery, please whatsapp or email us and we will contact you for arrangement. However do note that for urgent deliveries, a fee will apply.

You can cancel your order anytime before we roast your order by sending a request to hello@raisond-cw.com. Once your order is roasted, you will not be able to cancel your order. We will review the cancellation request on case by case basis with a decision. If your order cancellation is approved and processed, the refund will be processed through your original mode-of payment. There may be situation that we will not be able to refund the shipping charges because the service has be initiated with the courier company. All sale is final with the exemption of manufacturer’s defect or damage during transport. In case by case basis, we will review your return request and should it is approved, you can return the product to one of our facilities at your own cost and the relevant refund will be processed with the exception of the shipping charges.

Our coffees are mostly from South America, Africa and Asia. The offerings may vary due to seasonality and harvest, also we’re constantly looking out for new and better flavors to add to our offerings!

While there are no defined expirations or best before dates, we recommend that you consume your roasted coffee beans within 1.5 months (2 weeks if your coffee is pre-grounded) from  the roast date for the best enjoyment of coffee flavors.

 

The flavors of our coffee beans are at it’s peak usually between the 7th-14th day from the roast date.
**The variation is due to the roast profile and type of coffee, with lighter roasted harder beans taking longer to rest and degas, and espresso roast would normally degas and develop faster.

Your orders will be picked up by our delivery couriers on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons.

– Orders placed on Monday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on the following Tuesday.

– Orders placed on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday will be shipped out on that Thursday and Friday.

 

Do place your order a day before delivery before 7pm, to have your order picked up by our delivery couriers on  Tuesday, Thursday and Friday afternoon.

 

We will definitely aim to get your beans to you as soon as possible and will not be more than 9 days post-roast.

If you’ve chosen store pickup for your orders, a notification via SMS or Email will be sent to you once it is ready for collection. Store Pickup is only available at our cafe located at: Raison D’ Coffee Works (Beside Ms Durian) @ 11 Kelatan Road
