A wonderfully rich and sweet Brazilian that is a go to for people who love chocolate creamy notes in their coffee. 

Eagle Monte Carmelo is our take on a classic profile from a classic region: the Cerrado Mineiro, in regional farms that sits between 800 and 1,300 masl.

This lot was soured from Fabiola Aparecida Ferreira’s farm Fazenda Campo Alegre as part of our Café Delas Program. Café Delas was created to help women farmers access the resources, knowledge and voice they need to grow their operations to the fullest potential. Every Café Delas coffee is sourced 100% from women farmers and for every sale, a portion of the profit is reinvested in programs that promote gender equality and empower women in the field.
