Cayo – Espresso Blend

Cayo stands for a small island in the middle of the ocean, a fitting name for a well loved espresso in our tiny island! 

After cupping over the course of 4 months with our coffee loving friends, we found a blend that has received much recognition and love.

A well-balanced cup with flavors of chocolate, hazelnuts and toast, pleasant acidity that comes with a rich syrupy body akin to toffee.
