This beautiful naturally processed coffee is a micro-lot from producer Ronaldo Donizete in his farm of Sitio Ribierao Do Santo Antonio, Brazil. The family run farm carefully picks their coffees once a year in the cold season, only producing between 120-130 bags at a time. A Mundo Novo varietal, a natural cross between Sumatra & red bourbon varietal.
This coffee has flavors of praline, cocoa, cedar and berries, with a medium to heavy cedar like body, like a warm loving hug as an espresso. It is also remarkably clean as a filter that starts with the familiar warm notes of cocoa, and caramel, followed by refreshing notes of apple and fresh berries.
